Privacy policy
BodaWiki is designed to be read without an account. This page explains what little we collect.
What we collect
- Server logs. Like most websites, our servers record requests: the page asked for, the time, your IP address and your browser type. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure.
- Search terms. When you use the search box, the words you type are sent to our server to produce results.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address so that we can reply.
You cannot create an account on BodaWiki, and we do not ask for your name or other personal details.
Cookies
BodaWiki does not set cookies for visitors, and it does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers.
Some videos may be embedded from YouTube. Such a video loads from YouTube only after you press play; from that point YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host the site for us, or when the law requires it.
Changes
If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this page before doing so and explain what is collected, by whom, and how to opt out.
