About BodaWiki
“Boda” means “to see” in Korean. We explain things so you can see them, not just read about them.
What BodaWiki is
BodaWiki is a free knowledge site. Each page answers one question, such as how long the Great Wall of China is or why the sky is blue, in three ways at once: a short narrated video, pictures and charts, and a written article you can check against its sources.
We cover every subject we can explain well: history, science, technology, business, the arts, sports, food, language, people and places, and the ordinary things of everyday life.
How articles are made
- Sources first. We collect primary and official sources (government agencies, international bodies, journals, museums, company filings) before anything is written.
- Drafting. An AI system drafts the article using only those sources. Every factual sentence carries a numbered citation.
- Checking. The passages we rely on are compared, automatically, with the text of the original pages. A separate AI review then re-reads the article against those passages, sentence by sentence, and fixes or removes anything they do not support. Articles are not individually reviewed by a human editor, so we act quickly on every reported error.
- Corrections. If we get something wrong, we fix it and say so on the page.
The details, including how we use AI for narration and illustrations, are in our editorial policy.
